The service was great but I was overcharged. I had changed my reservation date and the number of travelers. I was charged the rate for 6 passengers when in fact there were only 2 travelers. I will call later to confirm an adjustment(fees returned to credit card) Thank you

A refund was issued accordingly. Customer booked for six people originally then changed to two passengers. Please note, when making a reservation, that prices are not per person but per group size. For example, if the rate for 6 passengers is $180, it does not mean that for 2 passengers it will be $60.

We have used Preferred Car Service previously, and this time also the very clean vehicle was ready when we were, the driver was well-informed and helpful, and we had a smooth ride to (and from) the airport. Highly recommended.

I have used Boston Preferred Care Service for a number of years and have been always incredibly satisfied with the service - punctual (usually 10-15 minutes early), professional and overall very nice people. The vehicles are clean and have bottled water available, as needed. My latest experience, however, was by far the best and one which cemented my opinion and relationship with this service. I had returned from a long overseas flight (traveling for 24 hours or so) and after the driver dropped me off at my home I realized I had forgotten/left my cell phone with drivers license and a couple of credit cards either there or on the plane. I called the service and within 15-20 minutes they had contacted the driver who found the cell phone and delivered it to me that same evening within an hour or so. Truly an exceptional driver and service and I highly recommend them to anyone.
