First driver, Levi, picked us up from the airport on time, fantastic vehicle, super nice guy, great experience. Booked a week later to go back to the airport, paid in advance, driver never showed up, messaged the company 3 times that morning to see if they were late, not going to show, whatever, never received a response, waited an extra 30 minutes and ended up taking Lyft. Two days later, have requested a refund and still no response from anyone. No sorry, we screwed up, nothing. For a rate that's 5X what lyft, uber, etc. are I expect them to be better. Just show up. Will never use this company again.
