We made the reservation around 11 noon for 3 pm flight. We are there by 2.30pm. The address provided is a perking lot where the driver is sitting in a car for us. We have No clue about it . 5min drive They took us to the reservation counter Where we are asked to pay an additional 100$ per ticket for a total of $500. This is 50% additional penalty per person for being there on time but not reporting 1 hr. I never got an email about the reservation and may be there are instructions we did-not notice But asking to pay $500 more is a shocking surprise and embarrassment not to pay since my friends were visiting me and I took them with lot of excitement to show the NY skyline

Thank you for choosing New York Helicopter Tours, unfortunately the winds were too strong and unsafe to fly. Safety of our passengers and pilots are our #1 priority. We hope you can try again soon.
