See the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from the Cruise and get excellent photos Climb aboard your boat at Pier 15 on the east side of New York City, and take a 60-minute boat ride to within 100 feet of the Statue of Liberty. Cruise right under the Brooklyn Bridge and see the most famous skyline in the world. Your live English guide will point out the sites as you journey along the river including the Empire State Building, the new Freedom Tower, the Manhattan Bridge, Governor's Island and more. Make use of both the indoor and outdoor seating, along with large open windows for your viewing pleasure. Get within touching distance of "Lady Liberty" and then move on to Ellis Island to take photos of the famous entry point to New York City. Marvel at the skyline of Manhattan and its famous skyscrapers, including the new One World Trade Center. Glide down both the east and west side of Lower Manhattan, and purchase drinks and food from the concession stand aboard the boat. A multilingual audio tour is available in English, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese, via a downloadable app. It is recommended that you download the app and the language content before arriving at the boat. Go to the App Store and search for 'Audiotour Guides NSDEV' (with the symbol of a pair of headsets). Open the app, choose your language and download the tour information in that language. WiFi is available on the dock and on the boat, however it is not always reliable, so it is recommended that you download the audio tour onto your phone before arriving at the dock.

We were scammed!! We were able to go on the cruise, however when we hiked over to the 9/11 observatory from the boat cruise (over a mile) we were not allowed in with the tickets we received!! We had to pay out of our pockets!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! Now the fight is on to get a refund!!!

Boat trips good. Decent views. Museum is a must. Very eerie with so much info and artifacts. Very moving but well worth going

The description and title implies 911 Memorial Museum and that’s what we signed up for but when we got there we were sent to One World Observatory and was told the museum was not included. Imagine our disappointment! Our printed tickets told us had a 4:30 pm cruise but the smaller print said to meet at noon for a 12:30 pm cruise. We had scheduled a 2 pm excursion for museum first and cruise next. The tour person we met at 2 pm was very confused also. We had to take a Lyft to the pier to start our cruise at our own expense. I contacted customer service and they insist we bought One World Observatory excursion but all our emails and paperwork describe the 911 Memorial Museum. This is a scam and I would stay away from this company!!!!

There are 2 options when you purchase the ticket. One is for the 911 memorial museum. The other is one world trade. You choose One world Trade. We would love to give the 911 Museum tickets, but you did not purchase that item. You purchased a 60 min cruise and One world Trade. It is important to read what you are buying before finalizing the purchase. You purchased 2 activity tickets with NO guide and No transfers. Just activities as a discounted package price.
