We had an absolutely amazing time touring New Orleans with Mark. We saw and got to experience so many places and features we would never have found on our own. The food and drinks were amazing. Mark really listened to us and customized our tour specifically for us. We highly, highly recommend this tour.

We were exceptionally excited about this tour today, but just now - 45 mins before we were supposed to meet - the tour guide cancelled on us. No explanation, just a cancellation. This is obviously disappointing, since we would have booked something else with even a day's notice - but with less than an hour, everything else is already booked up. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but given the completely unprofessional way that this was handled, I wanted to make sure others knew of the possibility of a last-minute no-explanations cancellation.

Hi Ali, We made numerous attempts to call you well before a dayout from your scheduled tour. TripAdvisor also tried to call you directly. Because you have a google number, your calls kept screening us (and TripAdvisor), and we could never get through. There was a double booking made by TripAdvisor, and we were trying to reschedule with you. We are incredibly sorry we couldn't provide you with a tour. I think this screening feature is a setting you can adjust with a google number. Please look us up next time you are in town, and we will make it up to you! Again, please accept our apologies we couldn't connect; we hope to see you soon in Nola - Marc

THANK YOU MARC!!! For one of the most amazing food and city tours that I have ever experienced. I grew up in New Orleans and was looking for an outing to do with family and friends while visiting the city. I thought I was familiar with most restaurants and hidden gems that the city had to offer but boy I was wrong. I met Marc at the Omni Hotel with our party. He took a few minutes to get to know a little about us before we headed out on our adventure. Being a native New Orleanian, Marc knew just what to do to make this trip an over the top experience. We dined at the Napoleon House, Royal Oyster House,Muriels in Jackson Square, and a surprise stop at the Carousel Bar. Each restaurant, Marc made recommendations that were not the normal for an out of town guest, but something that only a local would love. Truly, these dishes were some of the best food that I have tasted. Marc not only knows the city, but the historical knowledge that he has about New Orleans will blow the history books away. In addition, he comes from one of the most influential family restaurants the city has known with a vast culinary and restaurant background himself. Our tour last most of the afternoon, with surprise stops along the way, including King Cake, and a special visit at the end. I can defiantly say that our party would have kept him going all night long. We truly had a blast and this is defiantly a tour that you will want to experience. Take it from a local, you will not be disappointed! Next time we are in town, we will definitely look him up again.
