Your road to Hana excursion will be once in a lifetime because all members of the group can sit and look out at the views. The guide has all the history and legends that you will come back knowing more than most locals. With your personal input, we'll customize your private Maui tour to feature what matters most to you. The tour taken can be taken clockwise or counter clockwise around the whole island. Your tour will include remote waterfalls, hidden beaches, local favorite food stops, and an off-the-beaten-track drive around the "back side". Most people will never get this in depth of a tour exploring Maui's hidden, unique destinations. Your private guide can take photos of your group while you focus on having fun in nature. We offer small private groups so that you will never feel stuck on a big bus. We are also flexible to different choices along the way. Ho'okipa Beach Park

This north shore beach, with breath taking views, has become a gathering place for turtles in recent years providing a good opportunity to see them resting on the beach. Views from the cliff offer surfers and windsurfers riding some of the island's biggest waves.

Wai'anapanapa State Park

A very common stop for visitors because of its natural lava formations and expansive ocean views. The attractions of the park include a rare black sand beach, an ancient walking trail, and a natural blow hole. The park is well suited for all visitors to Maui and has has easily accessible bathrooms

Red Sand Beach - Kaihalulu Beach

One of the world most unique places to visit. The hike to the beach can be difficult and even dangerous, so we take only experienced, adventurous hikers. When the surf is small we are able to take a cautious swim.

Venus Pool (Waioka Pond)

A gorgeous brackish water pool where jungle streams meet the Maui coastline. Sunbathe on warm rocks then cool off jumping into deep clear pools.

Kellen with Local Maui Tours did a wonderful job giving us a great tour of Maui. You can tell he truly loves the island and has a lot of knowledge. He was very responsive to emails and took our preferences into consideration as we went about our day. He was a lot of fun! I also noticed that as we made our stops at local businesses, the owners and employees knew him and thought highly of him! We would definitely recommend taking this tour!

We had a wonderful day on our Road To Hana Tour. It was so nice having a local telling us all about the sights, knowing right where to go and how much time to spend at each stop, and driving all the twists and turns. Kellen is WONDERFUL and knew what would fit our group ! We learned so much about the area that we definitely would not have known by doing the Road to Hana on our own.I HIGHLY recommend Local Maui Tours for your visit to the Road To Hana!

Reverse Full Loop Tour: Great way to see large area of the island. Had many stops and lots of information from an actual local. Going in reverse we didn't have a crowd at our stops. Perfect day!
