The driver was early, which gave us peace of mind. He was very professional. The car was amazing very clean very big and comfortable.

A little pricey as the airport is literally 15 minutes away which wasn’t the case going to the port? plus had to wait an extra long time to be picked up on our return (we had a little later flight and the ship arrived early so I guess my fault) but asked if we could perhaps be picked up sooner however said they were on their way but took well over an hour from the time I contacted them supposedly because of traffic? Only to find out they were on another run outside of Boston. We were literally almost the last group of passengers to be picked up! Lesson learned! Car was spotless and extremely comfortable again just over priced for what you got!

Your driver was returning from a run outside of Boston, and was already on the way back when you contacted us to say that you had arrived 1½ hours early. The driver did arrive prior to your scheduled pickup time.
