The driver was on time and with my name sign. Great service, highly recommend for transportations from the airport.

Driver didn’t materialise for journey number one. Driver wearing shorts, tee and trainers in old minivan on second journey. Luxury vehicle? Suited driver? Bottled water? None of the above.

This client was a no show, and never received any services from us. Viator was notified at the time of pickup. The driver waited for two hours, and attempted to contact the client with no response. We have a timestamped document from the MassPort Ground Transportation Office verifying that the driver was at the Terminal E Limo Pickup Area waiting, as well as messaging through Viator's website to verify. There was no second trip, and we do not even operate any minivans.

Great service.Nice vehicle and right on time.Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver knew right where to go and avoided traffic.
