Escape the ordinary, just 8 miles from the French Quarter! Relax and leave your cares behind while you explore the lake side of New Orleans on a private 2 hour sail. Hop aboard a 47' luxury Beneteau sailboat called "Roux Stir", named for our love of a heartwarming New Orleans gumbo. Maximum 6 guests please.

Once onboard, all guests receive complimentary white wine, local craft beer, and light snacks. Listen to the boat glide through the water or enjoy your favorite tunes via Spotify.

Enjoy a 2 hour invigorating sail on the Southshore of historic & expansive Lake Pontchartrain, where you may spot a brown pelican flying overhead, and see the longest bridge in the world over water, the Causeway.

Captain Doug, a local New Orleanian with a passion for sailing, will ensure your safety. All proper safety equipment, life vests, and clean restrooms onboard.

What a way to relax and enjoy! My husband and I took the 2 hr evening sail last evening. It was fantastic. We were picked up at our hotel. 2 other couples were also joining the cruise that night. Captain Doug and his wife Rena were so friendly nice and hospitable. The evening flew by but was so relaxing that it felt like we had been sailing for five hours rather than two. I highly recommend this adventure for anyone!

AWESOME!!!Captain Doug is amazing you havent seen New Orleans untill you sail with him. EVERYTHING and i mean Everything from pick up to drop off was to notch. Thank you so much for the AMAZING time
