Drivers were early on both experiences. Vehicles clean and fet very safe, Definetly would rebook if in area again

We used Karmel shuttle on August 23 from airport to our hotel and again on August 31 from our hotel to the airport. On both trips we were picked up in a timely manner, the van was clean, and the drivers were informative, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this service.

The van was not properly cleaned. My daughter unknowingly sat on some chewing gum, ruining her new pants. We did not realize this until the van had left. The interior lights were not on when we got in the van. The following day I contacted Karmel Shuttle. The told me to send an email with photos. I did so the same day. It took several calls to Karmel for them to tell me they would do nothing. With all the shuttle options in So Cal, I would choose a different option.

We are so sorry to hear about your daughters pants. We had no gum residue on the van seat. No evidence of gum was visible on the seat, and checked the following day when client contacted us. Please note, just as with the airlines. Any damage to personal property, while traveling, needs to go through your travel insurance. Again, we are sorry to hear about gum on your daughters pants, however, there is no evidence it came from another passenger leaving it on the seat of the van. It may have happened prior to getting into the vehicle or when you arrived at the airport. We did offer a discount for any future airport transfer, as a courtesy.
