Arrived John Wayne airport and even before we got our checked bag, driver texted that van was outside waiting. Driver was very professional/courteous and van was clean/disinfected and in good condition. Departing hotel a couple of days later(Disneyland trip) pickup at 6:05am. Driver called at 5:55 to say would be a couple minutes late,appreciated the call, and arrived at 6:10. Different driver but same same mold. This was our first experience using Karmel transfer, and wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again. EZ online booking and answered calls right away to answer my questions. Great worry free experience. Thanks.

Our hotel recommended this shuttle company, the service was on time both ways, and the drivers were extremely friendly. Would definitely use again.
