My wife and I did this tour the week of 9/18/21. We liked the day tour so much, we also came back for the evening "Quackery" tour (not recommended for children). The tour guide, Kim, was excellent! You could tell she had passion about the topics. It was interactive and open for questions.
My wife, being a retired RN, found the medical aspects super interesting. In the classroom environment, we had the opportunity to learn about both good (day tour) and bad (night tour) medical practices of the 1700-1900's. It was reasonably priced and the museum artifacts were interesting to learn about.
