I booked for the Saturday 7pm show Rockettes show on 26th November 2022. I booked online in the UK through TICKETMASTER but the experience was HORRENDOUS. The ticket would not appear in 'My Account' and would would not appear on my phone. I contacted TIcketmaster in the UK online but they said they could not help with USA shows and I should contact Ticketmaster USA. When I arrived in the USA I tried downloading the Ticketmaster app but got a message saying I could not download it as I was not in the right country. I ended up going to the Radio City Music Hall on the afternoon of 26th November to try to sort it out as the tickets would not display on my phone and spent over an hour talking to the staff at the venue (who were very helpful) and eventually I was directed to a Ticketmaster window where the agent tried to help by sending first a text, then an e-mail to my phone (a Samsung) but neither of these worked, the message displayed saying 'These tickets can only be viewed on a mobile device, The agent at the window was clearly mystified by this and phoned a supervisor for help, and then advised me to come back at 6pm and go to Window 8 where a Supervisor would be available, I did this, and the agent at window 8 after a few questions, printed my tickets for me. So it all ended okay but I had a lot of unnecessary stress. AVOID TICKETMASTER AT ALL COSTS would be my advice. I tried leaving this feedback on their site but gave up after half an hour spent trying to find a way to do it. The Rockettes show was brilliant, thoroughly recommend it, just don't book through Ticketmaster!!!!!
