Tyler was one of four guides for our large Scout group and he was awesome. His technical mastery of the river was excellent and he let our boat try more adventurous routes through the rapids. We also watched all of the other companies pull their boats out short of our final destination which included an awesome surfing contest on a lower set of rapids through town. Would highly recommend lost paddle.

I wrote a review on another site (Viator), but wanted to make sure Trip Advisor peeps knew how great this company was as well. I researched a number of rafting companies, and I am SO GLAD we chose Lost Paddle Rafting. Will was our guide, and he was knowledgeable, professional, funny and an all around great guy. He was clear in his instructions, even though *some* people weren't the best listeners. He would tell us when to re-anchor our feet to be ready for higher-class rapids, he would remind us what to do IF we fell out of the raft (no one fell out), etc. But best of all, he showed us the legendary Carrot Top Rock. (hee hee hee hee). His buddy in the other raft, Chris, seemed to be a great guy, and Autumn at the front desk was super friendly. We had a 100% enjoyable experience with this company, and would raft with them again in a heartbeat. Note: my 16 year old adrenaline-junkie son said the rafting was the best part of our trip--over zip lining and bungee jumping.

Rafting down the Royal Gorge is always an adventure that 'keeps you on your toes'. We had an experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly guide, Anna, who made the experience all that much better.
