Our 1 hour Cowboy Trail ride, and the 1.5 hour Cowboy Trail ride hour are the rootinest, tootinest horseback rides in Sedona. You'll be riding through the hills and valleys of Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Sedona. Our experienced wranglers will keep you safe while sharing the history of the land and surrounding area. You'll get to cross the river, take in the spectacular sightings of Tuzigoot Monument, and enjoy panoramic views of the Verde Valley. So fun and such a great team together , they make sure we all safe and the horses are super kind and well trained I can tell! One person in the front end guiding the horse ride and another person riding around the whole trip at the end rode to make sure all of us are safe and having great time. That is amazing & I’ll definitely suggest this in your to do list when you come visit Sedona!!!!

The guide was rude to me when I had questions. There was a child who had no riding experience and yet her mom and guide put her on a horse with no lessons. She wasn't able to control the horse. It made my experience not as enjoyable. Stopping and waiting for the guide to retrieve her and the horse every 5 minutes was NOT enjoyable and ruined my ride.

This was so fun and peaceful! The guide was nice and friendly And even took pictures and videos for us to have he was cool ..the horses were nice too definitely don’t miss out on crossing the river
