Our most popular Eco-Tour. Ride through open meadows, live oak-forest, explore the salt marsh and hear the history of the 70 acre, former cotton plantation. When done, enjoy the Coastal Discovery Museum. Eco Tours are stop and go, narrated tours mixing fun with a little new knowledge. Great for younger children, families and those who want a slower-paced activity. We enjoyed our tour and fun time on the Segways. Beth did a nice job educating us about Honey Horn and giving us time to play around on the Segways. There were great picture opportunities on the tour and we couldn’t believe how quickly the time flew.

Kim and Lisa were the BEST tour guides ever!! They gave an exceptional tour and made it such a wonderful experience. I was sad when the tour was over. They really made me want to stay forever. Very relatable and knowledgeable women. Definitely recommend this experience!

We had Lisa as our tour guide, and let me just tell you how AMAZING she was! Lisa gave us information about the history of Honey Horn and the island. She also answered any questions that we had, giving us some pretty detailed answers. We got training on the segway units before heading off on our amazing tour that any experience level can feel comfortable. We had chances to stop and take pictures when we wanted them as well as stopping when we needed to rehydrate. I highly recommend this tour for a family looking to spend a couple hours doing the best activity possible having fun and learning about the Hilton Head culture/history.
