Terms of Service:
The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

Guide dogs/service animals are permitted into Sesame Place. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness and may not be left unattended. Service animal behavior is the responsibility of the owner and you will be asked to leave Sesame Place if their behavior becomes a threat to the safety of another guest or employee

Just like all the other commenters are saying, it is understaffed, poorly managed and very underwhelming. Except for "Dine with Me" ($50 per person), there was no place that was open where you could sit and eat. While we were there, we only saw one Sesame character who was taking pictures with guests (Big Bird). Most dry rides were open but the lines were not moving quickly. The "Christmas Story Time" was less than 7 minutes long because by the time we made it over there a little late, everyone was already cleared out. There was only one show available to see and it was PACKED. The absolute worst part though is that they have the nerve to charge $47 for "Preferred" parking which just means you don't have to cross the street where the parking in that lot is ONLY $35! We used to own season tickets at Sesame for 5+ years and only went today bc friends had a few spare free passes. Glad to see that we made the right choice not to continue going there.

They listed the Black Friday sale ends on 11/17 on the website. I purchased it on the exact day. Then I found out the sale was still going on and changed to “end soon,” and the price was even lower. I called them for a price match. They said they can’t do it because of the “dynamic” of the price, which will change daily! This is definitely CHEATING! They don’t have a place to file a complaint, even though they disconnected me to avoid a low score survey after I told them I would do a survey. I have never had a terrible experience like this in any themed park before!

We did have fun, but I have to be honest, it was very overpriced - many things were closed and the staff kept saying they are short staffed. They kept mentioning all the kids went back to college. 2 or 3 water rides were closed, and we went in the summer for this reason. One of the roller coasters was closed ALL day and they kept saying staff would come open it. The slides on the Count Water Park were closed BOTH DAYS, my child was so upset. We kept asking - and the staff flat out tells you they are understaffed. If they know they are understaffed, the ticket prices should be less because half the rides are closed. I bought the unlimited meal plan for the day, which we've done @ other parks - DONT BOTHER HERE. We do love them - SIX FLAGS does a great job with this. When I bought it the staff member never informed me it COULD ONLY BE USED IN 2 places in the park. Other parks let you use it ALL over, Sesame does not. I wouldn't of purchased it if I knew that. One of the places that takes the meal plan closes at 5pm - and they closed at 4pm on us. The line was a 2+ hour wait at the other place that takes it.
