This has always been on my bucket list, and so glad I booked this! The guys were super informative, I learned so much! We were able to see about 6-8 Galapagos Sharks, and they were not shy! They came so close to the cage which was exactly what I wanted. Good to know though that the sharks are more comfortable and curious when we are the ones in the cage, so they will come closer. I almost booked a cage less shark dive, but glad I didn’t after learning they keep a larger distance and are more skiddish when there is no cage between us and them. Highlight of my trip for sure!

This is one adventurous activity we performed. The crew was very friendly, nice. They shared a lot of good information. They told us things to do and things not to do. This tour met the expectations. Snorkeling gear was provided. The boat was clean and nicely maintained. We were able to watch sharks from cage safely. Unfortunately, the ocean was little rough. My 10 yr old couldn’t handle that well. This could happen to anyone without anybody’s fault. The only recommendation to the company is to have under water video recordings and then share it with the folks with or without a small fee.

Aloha! Thank you for coming out with us and leaving your review! We do apologize for ocean conditions as we are on the North side of the island and our seas are consistently choppy. We appreciate your recommendation and have tried to offer such a thing but not everyone wants to be recorded underwater while in the cage so in place we have a go pro rental option for the customer to video themselves while in the cage. Our crew is also not available to have to record for everyone as they needs to operate the tour and make sure everyone is safe but if you ever come back out with us feel free to ask for some footage off the back of the boat and they would be happy to help. As long as the go pro is on a stick that is;) Thank you again for coming out with us and we hope to see you again. -Hawaii Shark Encounters-

The crew was amazing. The spot where they took us was teaming with sharks and other sea life. The sharks even came up out of the water at the back of the boat! Such a memorable experience.
