My friends and I paid for the Biscayne Bay Tour Oct 23, 2020. We asked specific questions about the capacity and social distancing because we are extremely COVID-19 conscience. We were told that they only sell 50 tickets ( which is half capacity and those would be spaced socially.) When we arrived to board and saw the boat we knew this was an impossibility. We spoke with the attendant, again asking about social distancing, capacity and masking regions enforcement aboard. We were them told they could legally sale 67 seats and they recommend that masks are worn. We were also told that no attendant told us they would sell 50 tickets. We returned to the ticket salesman who then amended his original statement about capacity and WOULD NOT ADDRESS the social distancing statement. We asked if a refund was an option......it wasn’t. We wished him well. I hope the money that Miami Aqua Tours dishonestly got from us benefits him....however you reap what you sow.

There were NO directions on how to pick up tickets after purchase, ONLY directions to the boat and the person at the boat location could NOT print our tickets...very annoying. Also, the commentator was terrible, this is a 80 min boat ride and she spoke for maybe 20min. The rest of the time they played music. So don't expect a history of the area all you will get is the following: "the white house belongs to " it was the worse tour I've ever experienced and I've booked many tours on Viator. I suggest you pass on this one.
