When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the museum opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts. Appropriate dress is required for entry into some sites on this tour. No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Brenda was a phenomenal tour guide!!! So patient with my 6 year old and grandfather. Very knowledgeable about the history and documents. Made it fun for everyone. Going to recommend her to anyone and everyone that is visiting DC and the archives. Loved her tour! ❤️

We had Maribeth as our tour guide and loved our tour! We were time efficient and learned and saw a lot of the building. Maribeth was very knowledgeable and made all the information fun and kept the interests of the kids on the tour. This was a very fun tour of the building and we highly recommend!

Our guide was Maribeth. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had plenty of details for us history nerds. She learned about specific interests of ours and gave us special details. I can’t recommend this enough if you are a history buff. We would have missed incredible details if we had not done the tour with Maribeth.
