Explore San Diego's hidden gem of snorkeling! Everyone who visits San Diego knows about La Jolla, but did you know there's an even better snorkeling spot? Avoid the big waves and crowds with this more relaxed snorkel experience geared for all skill levels.

I taught middle and high school marine biology for more than a decade before committing to environmental tourism! With fifteen years of teaching youth and adults in outdoor education settings, plus my background in conservation biology, provides guests with in-depth (pun intended) knowledge of marine life during our snorkel.

Groups are small (maximum of 5 participants, with occasional exceptions for private groups/families) which makes a more intimate and personal experience.

Such a fun experience! It was my first time ever snorkeling. It was such a great location we saw tons of different fishes. Matt was so knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. I struggle with anxiety and Matt did a great job of encouraging me and making it fun. I will definitely come back again. And I suggest this experience to all of my friends and family.

If you are in San Diego you absolutely need to snorkel with Matt. I’m talking about plan your entire itinerary around this experience. SERIOUSLY! He went above and beyond to communicate and ensure that we had the best experience possible. It’s obvious he is out every single day and has the knowledge to deliver. We saw so much amazing and diverse wildlife that I was not expecting. Matt ensured that we felt VERY safe! This is a trip your family will be talking about for a long time, ours is!
