Krisula was a very informative and enthusiastic guide having lived in Tarpon Springs for many years. However, she shared some stories and bits of information with no context, so I felt 'lost' at times. Much of that information was about her personal family rather than the Greek culture in general. Wish we could have seen a sponge prior to removal of its exoskeleton!

Don’t miss this walking tour. We learned all about the sponge dock industry, Greek food and Greek faith. Great introduction to the town of Tarpon Spring
