My family and I actually took two tours in two days. The first tour was on 12 Feb (Morganne) and 13 Feb (Matt). Both tours were great. Morganne told quite a few stories and was very knowledgeable about the haunted history of St Augustine and was a very captive storyteller. The tour with Matt was equally awesome. Although we did back-to-back nights, all stories were of different hauntings and encounters, which was great. From the time that I bought the tickets, reserved the tour time, and gathered at the spot, everyone treated us as if we had known each other forever, as if we were a part of the family. It was such an amazing experience and the most welcomed that I have felt from any business in St Augustine. An amazing crew! We live here in St Augustine and frequently have family visit us here, A Ghostly Encounter will be the “go-to” event every time. I cannot stress enough, these folks are awesome. We will be doing some paranormal investigations with them very soon as well. Highly HIGHLY recommend this company. I can’t really recommend which guide was better (Morganne/Matt) because both were great. So, just do tours with both of them so you can learn even more. Seriously awesome!

Two tours in two days! We are humbled and absolutely THRILLED! Morganne and Matt are a double threat for sure! Both are passionate history fanatics and great storytellers! You bring up a great point - no two tours are the same! Our guides are so knowledgeable that they have multiple stories to share and offer different tales. Some overlap, some do not. It’s always fun to tour with the various guides they all bring something unique to the table As to the shout out for our amazing crew behind the scenes - THANK YOU! Lisa Colon is second to none with her level of customer service and detail. She really honestly does treat EVERYONE as a member of the family! Impressing a local is not always an easy task. What a great time, morganne was amazing!! Everybody was amazing. It was pouring rain for some of our trip but they supplied umbrellas and had ponchos. The 90 min walking tour was fun and informative loved learning about the ghostly history of St Augustine and seeing some of the cool pictures that other people have caught while on the tour. Highly recommend the staff all deserves a million stars. Very friendly and helpful and just all around great people.
