Our kids purchased this for me for Mother's Day. We waited until September to go. It was one of the best days I have ever had!! This was a bucket list item for me. I would gladly do it again! Every member of the staff was helpful and cheerful. I had NO IDEA how hard this crew worked! The pilot is a real professional and took care of every last detail. We were lucky to get to go inside the balloon prior to take off too. AWESOME! From take off to landing it was an all around perfect flight. The breakfast and ceremony with the the Balloon Prayer at the end was a perfect end! Thank you to the staff for making this a beautiful memory for both my husband and myself. My husband is a little weary of heights and he did just fine. I would suggest motion sickness pills if you get sick easily. Make sure you bring a fully charged camera or phone and take all in!

I purchased the champagne hot air balloon ride for two as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We both had the best time ever. Randy the pilot was beyond funny and entertaining. Enjoyed his jokes, banter, and his wonderful trivia about hot air balloon rides and the history of it. Randy's employees are a bunch of hard-working, professional, and courteous men that you will ever meet. Each young man took the time to interact with all of us, joke around, and they allowed us to enter the inside of the balloon. We cannot begin to express how much fun it was to not only see them set it all up, but to experience flight in the air that allowed you to take in the beautiful scenery of Arizona and wildlife. Once you land they begin setting up the champagne breakfast planning wonderful music. Before you get to enjoy the breakfast, Randy has everyone part take in the balloonist prayer...which I will not go into further as I don't want to take away any of the wonderful surprises that we were able to experience. My boyfriend and I are still talking about the wonderful time we had and how glad we are that we experienced this. Do not hesitate to part take in this adventure of a life time!!

The crew was friendly, and entertaining. The balloon and basket itself is amazing and the ride was picturesque and more than we had hoped for.
