This was such a beautiful trip. The crew was extremely experienced and so personable. They explained exactly what to expect the whole time. Flight was smooth, peaceful, and relaxing ..... not scary at all. The only bump we felt was the landing ... which is normal, and added a bit of adventure to the end of the trip. We all absolutely LOVED it.

This trip involves waking up early, but The staff is efficient, professional, and keeps you informed as to what is going on... picking the right spot, winds, the procedure for blowing up the balloon, etc. I felt very safe and calm on the quiet journey into the sky! Upon landing, the breakfast was nicely set up, tasty and included Mimosas!!! I will take this trip again when I return to the area !!

If you are going to be in Arizona and want to take a hot air balloon ride don't even consider any of the other companies around. Seriously, book with Arizona Balloon Safaris!! Such a fun, intelligent, professional crew. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs and working together. They make the entire experience fun and interesting. We helped set the balloon up, which was great. We got to be inside the balloon which our boys (and we) thought was really neat. The crew is great about taking pictures of you with your camera/phone. They offer before you can ask. They don't try to sell you a dvd with pictures on it, which we found refreshing. Earl was our van driver and he rocks! Full of stories and knowledgeable when we asked questions. Made the ride to and from the launch and landing sites go by fast. This balloon is HUGE! The basket holds up to 24 people. Great for larger groups. The breakfast with mimosa's was delicious. Fresh fruit, sausage, quiche, and a yummy roll with cream cheese is what was offered to us. I'm sure that varies. We wandered around the desert, taking pictures with/of cactus and talking to other patrons while they packed up the balloon and set up the breakfast. This was on my bucket list and I was not disappointed in my experience. Thank you Arizona Balloon Safaris for giving me such a memorable adventure!
