This was my and my family’s first ghost tour. Prism was our tour guide and she was awesome! I had already read many reviews that mentioned her and was so happy that we got her. She was very knowledgeable and invited questions at every stop. My whole family (2 kids ages 13 and 5) enjoyed the tour. Highly recommend this tour and if you can get Prism that makes it even better!

The five-stars is for Nikki, the guide we wound up with! Initially we were assigned to a Grave Tales guide who appeared to be either woefully unprepared or giving her very first tour. After the first story, we prepared to leave early BUT we recognized Nikki from the meet-up site and tagged along with her group instead. She was fantastic—thoroughly knowledgeable and highly engaged! We were very glad that we hadn’t given up after the first guide and would highly recommend Nikki to anyone.
