Akaka falls, which cascades 442-feet down a vertical cliff face carpeted in vibrant green, is truly an incredible site to behold.

Ultra comfortable ride to the eastern side of the island. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the geography and history or the island. This tour took us to places we might not have found on our own. We visited waterfalls and gardens as Shawn provided great commentary on local legends and traditions. We even stopped at a local food stand for awesome Ahi wraps. Highly highly recommend Big Island Backroad Adventures!
