I would like to say that it was really a beautiful clear sunny day and we got to see the whole city and the wonders of it all. My friend and I have lived here for many years but never did the top of the rock so it really was a great experience.

The views was great the staff was great however we purchased our ticketed time slot came back half hour before and was told to wait in the biggest ques ever with people who needed to purchase tickets as well as those with times slots. I think we waited an hour in total. However the views at night was amazing

Didn't know the voucher through Viator required you to reserve a time. By the time we got to the office all daytime time slots were full. We did not get to go to the top during the day, so I requested a refund from Viator. Would have been helpful to know that the voucher didn't get you access at a time of your own discretion.
