I am older & took grandkids. I had never ever done this kind of thing & had different expectations. We were very high maintenance & the employees were very helpful & came every time we asked for help. You could not hear them talking on the microphone because the music was too loud & they couldn’t turn it off or down. Several tasks wouldn’t work: buttons to open door, one lock wouldn’t open, code was wrong numbers: all that took time off our hour because we had to wait for the employee to help. Listen close to the fast instructions & be sure & tell them you have no idea what to do. Next time we could do better but for $40 per person, no thank you & kids agreed. They did give me credit on a child that was ill & has to cancel which was awesome. Maybe for experienced folks it would be good if everything worked properly. Employees get a 4 star.

Well done room with a friendly staff. We did trapped below. We needed all of our hints but made it out with 45 seconds left!

This was our first time doing something like this and we had a good time. This definitely calls for you to think outside the box. It was fun.
