I am older & took grandkids. I had never ever done this kind of thing & had different expectations. We were very high maintenance & the employees were very helpful & came every time we asked for help. You could not hear them talking on the microphone because the music was too loud & they couldnāt turn it off or down. Several tasks wouldnāt work: buttons to open door, one lock wouldnāt open, code was wrong numbers: all that took time off our hour because we had to wait for the employee to help. Listen close to the fast instructions & be sure & tell them you have no idea what to do. Next time we could do better but for $40 per person, no thank you & kids agreed. They did give me credit on a child that was ill & has to cancel which was awesome. Maybe for experienced folks it would be good if everything worked properly. Employees get a 4 star.
