Children must be accompanied by an adult
Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

We had so much fun!!!! Our guide did an amazing job! If you go and you are allowed, request TJ!! He was so knowledgeable and very funny. He made our experience 10 times better!!! I would highly recommend Smoky Mountain Outdoors!!

Wonderful family trip with beautiful scenery. My wife was extremely nervous but within 5 minutes and a class IV rapid, felt much better. Reservations and check in process were very easy. Our guide McKenzie(not sure of spelling) did a great job and was a super role model for my two teen age girls who expected to see a burly mountain man as a guide(which there a couple). would absolutely recommend this trip.

Heather was our rafting guide, and she was really great. She wasn't too boisterous, but wasn't too reserved, either. We felt completely safe with her at the helm.
