Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

This was my husband and my 4th whitewater adventure, first in Tennessee. It was our teenagers first trip. We all had a great time. Our guide, Avery, was knowledgeable and skilled. The company was top notch.

This is the place to use if you want a great experience. Everything clean and well organized. The upper has just enough excitement for some adrenaline but not too much so you can look around and enjoy. Best part was our amazing guide Brice.

We had a great time? Our guide Tia was so much fun! I would reccomend SMO if you come to the Smoky Mountains! We went with our adult children (choice below didn't give that option - everyone was over 21 - not teens)
