Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Longest, safest and best rafting in the smokies. Just a 30-35 minute easy drive from Gatlinburg. Bryce was our guide and was absolutely the best, made the whole experience perfect. From check in to check out everything is handled effortlessly and professionally. Great for all ages!!

Our guide, Josh, seemed preoccupied helping new guides rather than focusing on his raft. My husband was thrown into the river after we hit a large rock. After hitting the rock, our raft smashed into the riverside sending my boys off their seats to the center of the raft. It was scary seeing my husband thrown into rocks and struggling. Thankfully, he is ok. Josh admitted it was his mistake. He used his paddle to hit a rock to show the newer guide behind him where the rock was. He then did not have time to steer our raft causing the accident. We also did not have any joking or splashing as other reviews state. We will be choosing somewhere else next time.

Julie, I am sorry to hear your experience was not a better one. I have read your negative review on every social media site out there. Once again, we are sorry your husband fell out of the raft. Falling out is a very rare occurrence but it does happen on occasion. Rafting is a sport. There are no cables or tracks the rafts are on. It's a wild and scenic river. We do everything in our power to ensure our guest are protected and safely taken down the river. We are the #1 outfitter on America's most popular river because of our safety record and customer service. However, no matter how well a guide is trained, people still fall out because it’s in mother nature's environment. The challenge and excitement is why it’s one of the most popular activities in the Smoky Mountains.
