Apgar Visitor Center

Enjoy the historic area of Apgar Village. View the crystal clear waters of Lake McDonald, stroll around the area and learn about the history of the park. Admission is included upon purchase of your National Park Pass at the entry.

Our guide Joel was wonderful. The tour was awesome and the views were incredible. We loved being in the park after the busy tourist season. The colors of the trees, cool weather and blue skies made for a perfect day

We had a blast! Our guide, Lori Rust of Whitefish Outfitters & Tours was great. Very knowledgeable, informative and fun to be with. I would highly recommend her. Whitefish Outfitters should give her a raise and a promotion. We loved out tour.

Fantastic trip!!! Ted picked us up at our rental right on time. He was a wonderful guide. He is very personable and knowledgeable. It was so relaxing to leave the driving to him. What gorgeous scenery, we took some beautiful photos. And thanks to Ted, we have some great photos of ourselves. Start to finish, from initial conversations to our private tour, it was a pleasure to work with Whitefish outfitters. I would highly recommend them.
