Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 10 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.

We booked Maui Mountain Activities for our honeymoon and we loved it! My husband had experience riding but this was my first time. Regardless, the staff made our trip amazing. A big shout out to Kristin, AJ, Jordan, and Nick! They took amazing care of us and handled everything so well. They took us down a trail near the beach that was breath taking. We highly recommend them for horseback riding!

If you want to go on a fantastic horseback ride through the mountains and see the waterfalls filmed in Jurassic Park and then work your way down to the ocean. This is the one to choose! There are two spots that if you want to run the horses you can. It was such a blast! Trust me I looked at all the others that had tons of reviews and then luckily stumbled upon this one and so glad I took the chance. They only have a few reviews but that is because they just opened. Don't let that deter you. The guides and owners are wonderful! AJ and his sister were our guides for the ride. AJ was so engaging and kind. Its a family run business and I highly recommend this activity with them. Do this you will not be sorry!!

Went the other day. Great trail ride down from the ranch to the ocean and back. They stopped and took pictures of our group with the ocean as a backdrop. Horses like to eat grass when you're not paying attention which is really funny. Everyone was super nice, from the owners (sisters) and ranch hands. Highly recommend. Note: You meet at the address (field) where they tell you and they come get you and bring you up to the ranch. Be sure to tip.
