First time white river rafting and I was actually nervous (even though I had just got done zip lining with family) Arrived early and waited for our instructions told by a hilarious, laid back, guide. (Forgot his name but he left a good impression for everyone that, I’m sure) My brother, sister in law, nephew and my myself were assigned our Tour guide, JOHNNY B! Immediately, I knew we were in good hands. He walked us threw the safety instructions again and helped with the vests and went over his different “calls outs,” etc. if it wasn’t for him.... I wouldn’t of had a good time. He was so easy going. Kept the conversation flowing and us all laughing! I cannot wait to recommend my friends coming up soon to go visit and refer them to him. I’m looking forward fo our annual family reunion back here in Tennessee and I reallyyyyy can’t wait to go again. He really made the end of our vacation, amazing. The views were beautiful. All around outside our raft and inside the raft 😉 Thanks Johnny B! You rock 🤘🏻 Xo, Amber Auckerman

White water rafting was on my husband's bucket list, so we took a trip down to Tennessee to try it out. My husband, myself and our daughters (ages 21, 18 &15) all had an unforgettable experience. The Big Creek team was great. Our guide was less seasoned than most of the guides, but we still felt very safe and confident. We had such a great time that we took a second trip that same afternoon. Definitely recommend you give it a try.

This was our favorite activity in the Smoky's. Just the right amount of "adventure" for the entire family. Everything was great. Our guide (Joey) was fantastic!! He got us to the best spots in the river and was very knowledgeable. Big Creek does everything very well!!
