We had an incredible time. Vitorina was an amazing guide, he took care of us throughout the 13 hour tour and never lost his energy or positive attitude. He showed us all the beauty of Bryce Canyon and Zion park. We absolutely loved our tour with him, would recommend him and use him again next time in Vegas

We love the experience the Bryce Canyon and Zion park . Bryce Canyon it’s Gorgeous and Zion its Magical. Its a second time using this company and Every time I come to Las Vegas i will use this company. I fully recomend this tour

Scheduled my trip just to use this tour group which previously had good experience. The day before my flight to Vegas (2 days before my tour) they called and stated that they had to likely cancel my tour on Saturday. I told them I booked my trip just to be able to go to Zion and Bryce because had previous good experience with your company. The person I spoke to Vitorino said I will see what I can do, the day after I arrive in Vegas and he calls we have to cancel your tour for tomorrow. I told them I booked my trip just for this tour and this is really unfair, I booked several weeks in advance and if they could have told that it was going to be cancelled I could have made proper arrangement, he goes sorry and "I'll make you a deal you can't refuse when you come next time.: I go I don't come to Vegas all the time and if your not gonna tell me the deal I'm not gonna even try using your company that likes to cancel tours a day before, he goes I'll take care of you and then hung up on me. I would stay away from this company, sketch company and no respect for their customers and didn't even offer anything as compensation for cancelling last second. It is also cheaper to use other companies that are more reliable or even rent a car to Zion and Bryce, we saved several hundred dollars doing things on are own, so guess in the end it was a blessing not to use this sketch company at the end along with the mob boss mentality of Vittorino.

Hello, after we did research regarding your review, according to the records we called you 48 hours before the day of the tour to notify you the tour was going to be canceled according to our terms and conditions due to the fact that the minimum required the number of people was not met for that day. This situation doesn't happen very often, however, we were forced to cancel it but offered you to reschedule the tour for another day or book with one of our tour partners. After we gave you options you told us neither options will work for you, then we fully refunded you and still demanded and threatened us to pay for your entire trip to Las Vegas otherwise you would leave a bad review. Our company cares about our clients and always accommodates them when situations like this arise, but despite we refunded your money back you threatened us and left this review.
