Hop aboard our Zodiac inflatable fast boats for a guided excursion on the Pacific Ocean in Alaska’s Inside Passage! Take turns at the tiller driving or hang on and enjoy the ride. There are many tours here that allow you to just ride along, this isn’t one of them. Small groups of up to 3 inflatable fast boats follow a guide boat through the jagged coastline islands of Southeast Alaska in search of bald eagles nests, resident seals and sea lions, an immense array of inter tidal creatures and, everyone’s favorite, bubble-net feeding humpback whales! Clover Pass features calmer waters and often better weather than tours running in downtown Ketchikan so we love getting you out of town and away from the crowds.

Enjoy a beautiful spread of smoked salmon dip, warm crab and brie, hummus and other snacks and complimentary beverages (Beer, wine 21+ with iD) from the amazing view at the Salmon Falls Resort Restaurant after your time on the water.

From start to finish this was an awesome excursion. Communication was great throughout the process. Met our guides as planned and proceeded to the area to get in the water. Met our guide Ben who gave us a safety brief and explained how to operate the fast boats. They gave us dry suits to keep us from getting wet. Boats and equipment were all in awesome condition. Proceeded to drive the boats around the beautiful water and scenery for over two hours. Ben was super helpful and knew a lot about the surrounding area. We saw a lot of wildlife (deer, bald eagles) but it was just breathtaking with the surrounding area. This is a must tour if you are in Ketchikan. We got back and they had an awesome spread of smoked salmon and other snacks. Quick ride back into town and off to explore the town. Had such an awesome time. Thanks Ben.

Wonderful tour! We were a small group, just us and our guide named Ben. He was top-notch! It was a little bit challenging at first to adjust to the zodiac on open water but we loved the adventure. Cruising the coastline, seeing the wildlife..totally worth it. We learned a lot about the nature in the area. Highly recommend! Great views, tons of up-close wildlife, and great fun. Thank you
