What To Expect

Hoover Dam

The Postcard Tour allows visitors who don't have all day to spend on the river, an opportunity to view the Hoover Dam, the bypass bridge and journey just far enough down river to feel the canyon's surreal setting for 1.5 hours on the River. Bring your swim wear to take a dip in the mighty Colorado River on your snack break stop along the way!

This raft tour is the best way to see Hoover Dam and the Colorado River. I went with my 3 grandkids. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all the kids' questions. She explained a lot of details about the construction of the dam, and showed us animals along the river, bighorn sheep, lack cormorants. 1.5 hour with the stop over on a small beach, and a snack package, made it the perfect outing for the kids and adults. Great value for money!

Brian Kyle Great experience from the moment the shuttle (Brian)picked us up until he dropped up back for the tour! Kyle was our tour guide, while on the river. Which was up close to the dam and saw things we never thought we would see. Kyle was full of information not only about the Hoover Dam but wildlife as well-as plants, he was fun. We did see about 7 types of water foul, and a bunch of birds swarming to feed mid air above our boat, which was breath taking. On our drive back with the shuttle (Brian) stopped and we saw big horn sheep along side the road, beautiful We would and have already recommend this tour everybody!

Absolutely a MUST DO to see sights unlike any other view of the dam. Very friendly knowledgeable people. Just enough time, fun for all ages, easy parking, not to be missed.
