I don’t do a lot of tours. This business has not done much to change my mind. It nice riding on the double-decker bus. It’s nice getting around to a few places. It’d be nicer to have better guides, with something to offer, anything. But alas, we had a bunch of useless banter, and little in the way of structured guidance. It just didn’t feel professional. My advice, try another company if you must do a tour. Maybe this is the industry standard. I hope not for your sake.

We bought tix online - website says you can jump on at any stop. We waited 45 minutes at Civic Center and no bus showed up so we walked an hour to the City Sightseeing office. Once there we were tossed in the middle of chaos with dozens of other folks who had been waiting for an hour or more for a tour to start. After a lot of back and forth and angry customers we got on a bus and had a very nice tour - the bus driver and tour guide were great. But I wouldn't use this tour service again - way too disorganized.
