Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

The captain and the crew were very nice. They made the Parasailing so fun, for first timers. We definitely recommend it, we had such a blast….. we look forward to do it again! Mahalo!

We booked this a few months ago and went out on Tuesday. It was my first time parasailing and I was very nervous as I am afraid of heights. There were 8 others on the boat with us. The captain and his mate explained everything and were just absolutely amazing to work with. I watched as they put 8 others up in the air before it was our turn. The experience was just amazing. I wasn’t scared as I knew that they had control over how much rope to let out, how high we went. It was raining when it was our turn and it just made it extra special. I would highly recommend Hawaiin parasailing if you are looking to go parasailing and have a fantastic time.

This was an Absolute Amazing experience. The Head Guy Russell patiently gave instructions and prepared everyone for what we were going to do one step at a time. Then he began to provide and assist everyone with their harnesses. He learned about each individual person's reason for travel. In my case, it was my Son's 21st Birthday. So he was all in for doing something Amazing for us. Our Parasailing experience was Super Exciting! We went up 1000 feet above the ocean. WOW!! How exhilarating it was. The Driver of the boat was also just as awesome because he had to know when to stop and start and determine the speed that the boat had to go when Parasailing everyone. We would recommend that everyone do this Event. This is a Lifetime memory Plus the purchase of the picture disc will allow you to see the memories forever. This was a 10 for being a Great Adventure! Thank you. ❤
