Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

The guide was wonderful. Completely recommended this adventure for everyone. I was with my 3 children and we all went up together. It will be a shared experience always.

The captain and staff were extremely experienced and knowledgeable about equipment gear and wind currents and also made sure we had plenty of fun. We had a rough windy day but the staff were alert to not allow it from subtracting from our experience. I went with my elderly parents (sixties) and siblings (thirties) and we all had a great time. My biggest concern was safety but with all the safety protocols and gear, I felt extremely comfortable with them. They also had a photo option and made sure everyone had enough time in the air. I have gone one other time in Mexico but this was even more fun and safer! HIGHLY recommend, especially if you want to do a different Hawaii sport from in the water! Some pointers: - bring vaccination or negative test proof - arrive early to do your paperwork - wear sunscreen - ask for the crew's photo option if you want a professional photo so you don't worry about losing your phone in the water - schedule earlier appointments in the morning as the winds got rougher later in the day and the later slots had to be cancelled
