Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

Staff were friendly and helpful during check in. The crew on the boat were great and really know what they are doing. Safe, fun experience; 100% recommend.

We went to the address on the paperwork. It wasnt there we called the company, responded oh no thats not correct. There is a unit number missing. GPS sent us one way google has the correct address and when we got close it was to late and we missed our time frame. I asked if they could help us out, she said no. No compassion whats so ever especially we was walking around for over a hour, which said it was it was 27 min walk. Very Disappointed I had always wanted to do this and felt mislead, lost money.

Aloha Carol, so sorry you spent so much time looking for our place, don't know what you were looking at or where you got the address from. If you go to our web site, there is a google map that shows very clearly where we are in relation to the boat harbor. This is the middle of summer and we are sold out every day now so if you miss the boat there are no extra seats to accommodate you with. If you called our office earlier when you still had time our staff is very good at directing you there. Hope you try again next time.

This was my first time parasailing and it was amazing! What was nice is that they also took photos so you didn’t have to worry about it. The crew were all so nice and everyone had a great time.
