Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

This was a wonderful, if not scary, experience. We paid for the 1000 foot rope, which gave us a longer time in the air. To be honest we all thought that 1000 foot was just a little too high but I think the 300 foot would have been too short. We all survived and are glad that we pushed ourselves to do it. The view was amazing! The staff are lovely and helpful. The reviews all say to make sure you book the tour earlier in the day as the winds can get strong in the afternoon and they may be forced to cancel. We did ours at 9am and just walked from our hotel on Waikiki Beach, just over 1km away. We did this on our last day in Hawaii and are glad we did. We also brought the photo package, which was $40, we thought it was worth it as there was 6 people in our party.
