This is our first time parasailing and we are so glad we did it. It was really fun! The crew Jason and Diego were good, but didn't take much effort to connect They had us on 1200 ft line and dunked us quite a few times . You get an SD card for $30 with so many photos. Make sure you tell them to take photos and if you want to be dunked before taking off. Don't forget to bring cash to tip them. Cons: The lady at the cashier register on 7/24 at 8 am was really rude. We forgot to bring cash for tips( 8 am ) , so we asked if we could get cash back, she said no but we can add it to the tips and will go to their pay check , I said yea first but then my husband pointed out that they would have to pay tax , so cash is better. She embarrassed me shouting in front of all people that this lady keeps changing her mind. This ruined our whole experience which was otherwise fun. There is no need to embarrass someone for forgetting. My husband did run back to the hotel , got the cash and gave it to the lady to tip them.

Thank you for your review, sorry that our cashier did not meet with your expectations, but, we are not a bank and do not provide cash backs. The crew receives most of their tips from credit cards and yes they pay taxes on those tips, this is the law. I don't know why there was any need for anybody to be shouting in this situation, I can only imagine. I am happy to hear you had a great time otherwise and hope you keep the positive part as your memory as you should.

Terrible company who has no regard for your safety. Took us with high winds and we fell into the water. My sister and I drowned and the captain just yelled at us to swim. Yeah that’s super helpful when your drowning and can’t swim???! They’re names are Mark and Jason. Im in the process of reporting this company so they can get shut down. Please read the reviews!

Aloha Julia, I am truly sorry that you did not have a nice experience while parasailing. What happened was a rare event but it does happen to even the best of the best parasail captains. I was the first person to start the parasail business 44 years ago. My company provides a wonderful fun and memorable experience to 99.9% of the thousands that come out every day for all these years. My company has the #1 best safety record of all the companies in Hawaii having no serious injuries despite operating for so many more years than the others. This is a water sport and you may get wet or you may land in the water as you did even though that only happens maybe once a year. It is unfortunate that it happened to you, a person who does not know how to swim and from the sound of it panicked from the waves in the water. You were never in any danger of drowning even though you may have thought so. My captain and crew were right there taking care of you. You had your life jackets on that do keep you afloat. I hope that you do consider trying parasailing again when the weather is of the calm or mild variety, that will reduce the chances of another water landing, so check the weather before making a reservation. I was not there it was Diego and Jason. If you do read the reviews, you will find almost all 5 star reviews.

Great experience from start to finish. Our boat captain and photographer were awesome. Bought the photo package (Sim Card) for $30 after the trip. A word of caution: Allow ample time to get to the marina and sign waiver forms. You must be checked in and have that done prior to boarding the boat (15 minutes prior to your assigned time). Don't be late - the boat will leave without you!!
