My girlfriend couldn't wait to go parasailing while we were in Honolulu in September 2015. One afternoon we went over to Hawaiian Parasail, located in the car park at the marina just outside the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon and booked parasailing for 4pm. The cost was around $60. We went out a good distance on the speedboat with about eight Japanese tourists. The two fellas taking the activity were friendly, helpful and reassuring to those who were nervous. My girlfriend opted for the 600ft parasail and was first up to go. It lasted a few minutes, was a dry take-off and landing and she said it was a powerful experience and she would love to do it again. The fellas taking it really did know their stuff and if you are a thrill seeker consider giving it a try when you're in Waikiki.

We have visited Oahu before but wanted to try something new. For a couple in their 50s.... Why did we wait so long to try parasailing? The staff was friendly, the boat crew was fun and took great photos of us. The SD card after the ride will cost you $30. But for over 90 photos, it was worth it. Be sure to bring sunscreen. We left with huge smiles!!!!!

Stay away from this company. They are the cheapest for a reason. The ladies at the booth have no customer skills and the manager is rude, obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. The photos they gave me were mediocre compared with other photo packages I bought from other companies. Ok photos, no WOW photos and no videos. Even in paradise there are rotten apples. What a disservice this people are to the industry in Oahu! In all fairness, they have a good captain and you will parasail. However, I strongly suggest that, if you are going to do it, do it right. Pay a little bit more and parasail in the hands of professionals and with a trustworthy company.
