Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

My wife and I had a blast! The crew was fun and professional, and they made us feel completely safe not only while sailing, but especially while parasailing. This is a fun excursion, and I highly recommend it!

Thank you I'm glad you had a blast. It is a great excursion because it doesn't take up much time to go and do it, only a couple hours and anybody can do it.

The crew kept everyone relaxed and laughing. I’m afraid of heights but this was such a beautiful and positive experience. I would definitely recommend these two.

We had fun and the scenery was great. I wished that the captain and his deck hand was more personable. They were nice enough but, it felt like they were at work not having fun with he guests.

It was due to the high windy weather that made them concentrate on the job at hand. When it is really windy the captain cannot relax, he has to watch for gusts coming that he can see on the water. He has to keep the bow into the wind and it is very stressful. Normal weather conditions the captain can easily drive around and be funny and personable since there is no stress, I hope you can try to understand and be grateful that the captain is watching out for your safety while permitting everyone to parasail in anything but perfect conditions.
