Finding the kiosk and checking-in was super smooth. Extremely friendly and fun-loving crew. The parasail experience by itself was amazing. You get to spend a solid 5+ minutes parasailing and the view from above is wonderful. The crew also made sure that all precautions were followed, encouraged masking-up throughout the boat ride and were super helpful.
That being said, charging $30+ for a memory card with subpar photos is a total rip-off. Of all the photos taken, only one photo had enough light and that was the one taken on the boat. Every other photo was plunged in darkness, thanks to the mode set on the camera that even on a bright sunny day, our multicolor parachute appeared to have been dyed black.
My advice would be to carry a go-pro and take some pictures yourself and not bother wasting money on their photos.

Customers are all welcome to take pictures with their own camera at their own risk. the problem with that is there usually are obstructions such as the boat rails and the captain and crew. The crew take pictures unobstructed from the back of the boat. The other problem is getting the camera wet if it is not a water proof camera.
Our pictures are very quality pictures most all the time, there must have been some unforeseen problem with yours though from the sound of it. Why did you buy it then. We always show the photos in another viewing camera back at the ticket booth when you return from the boat before collecting any payment. If anyone is not satisfied with the pictures they are in no way obligated to purchase them. I don't know if you damaged the card somehow after returning to your home or on the flight back. If you would like to return the SD card I would happily return your money. Sorry about that, we do try our best to make everything the best and most professional service as we possibly can.
