Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

Staff was so nice and it was soo much fun. Will definitely do it again when I come back to Hawaii. The instructions are fast and simple nothing complicated and the boat ride was smooth.

My wife wanted to give parasailIing a try on our trip to Hawaii. I went up with my 2 kids first and my wife second. Crew member Russell was fun and took great care when my son got sea sick and later when my wife started to look pale after her turn in the air. But my daughter was super excited and wants to go up again on our next trip to Hawaii!

Really great experience! The guides were knowledgeable and funny and pretty efficient getting us up and down and providing a safe environment. I’m afraid of heights and can’t swim so I was super nervous and this was a fantastic experience!
