No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);

No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight rations, and are up to the captain to decide
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Minimum of 5 yrs of age to participant or ride the boat
Not recommended for those who have Flu-Like Symptoms
48-hour cancellation policy- People who are at risks are discouraged to participate in this activity; - No expectant mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for expectant mom); - No one who had recent injuries or surgeries; - The triple flight is dependent on the wind and weight ration for the Captain to decide. No Guarantee; - Must be at least 5 yrs. old to participate in an activity or to ride in the boat. Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity. - Children 15 yrs of age and under must have their parent or guardian to be on board with them; Children 15 yrs of age and under must have their parent or guardian to fly with them; - Maximum of 450 lbs. weight combined for 2 or 3 people to fly together - A person over 250 lbs or more should be able to fit into the belt of the harness to fly. - Heavy people must be able to walk healthy without an assistant; - Elderly must be in good health condition (SORRY, High risks individuals are discouraged to participate due to Covid-19) - No handicapped persons unless they are able to walk on their own, healthy walk (no wheelchair); No one with mental conditions allowed on board. - No babies and no kid under 5 yrs of age are allowed on board. I have lived in Oahu for 12 years and we had family come to visit and this was such a great first experience. The team at booking and at the dock are all so nice and really show that aloha spirit! Mahalo to Nancy and hoku! We had diego and captain Kevin and they were so much fun! Our family will probably make sure we have more family have fun! Definitely worth the time! Also tip morning time gives you better lighting for pictures but it’s beautiful once your up 1000 feet above the waves! Mahalo!

What was to be the highlight of our trip with our 18 year old granddaughters was fun while it lasted. Her waterproof Apple iPhone timed her and her cousins time hooked up at just under 4 minutes. The girls told us only the first 2 people got a 10 minute parasail. Their one hour ride in the boat ended up being 40 minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Aloha Debora, Very sorry you were disappointed. You must try to read the whole wording when booking reservations on something. We do not offer or advertise any parasail ride of 10 minutes. We only have 2 rides, a 1,000 foot line at "approximately 6-8 minutes" and an 800 foot line at "approximately 5-6 minutes", meaning give or take a minute. You must have booked the 800 foot ride and maybe it wan 1 minute less and like the other customer they were 2 minutes more, we are not computerized such as a Disneyland ride where it is timed to the very seconds, we are somewhat like Disneyland in that this is a novelty ride and if you are focused on the time then you are missing out on the unique visual and physical excitement of such a thrilling once in a lifetime experience. The 1 hour boat ride is a description for potential customers who are concerned about how long the whole excursion will take out of worries of sea sickness or other appointments they may have. If the boat is only half full of customers then obviously it will not take the full hour to complete the parasailing and this is not a tour boat ride it is a parasail experience.
